looking for best performance tire. I live in South Carolina so I don't have a real winter. I try to go to the track as often as possible. Looking at continental extreme contact, f1 super car, and bfg comp g force. Any suggestions

Which version of the Goodyear Eagle F1s? Was it the ones that came on the car factory because I think those were F1 Supercar tiresI love mine so far. I had the Goodyear Eagle F1s on originally, but like these a lot more. Obviously people may call it a "compromise" from great summer and winter performance of separate tires/wheels, but I'm not taking the car to the track or anything, and if it's super ****** weather in the winter, I probably won't be driving.

Saying Goodyear Eagle F1 tires is the same as saying you have a Ford Taurus. There are many variants of the F1 tire just like there are variants of the Taurus. The F1 Supercar are different than the F1 GS-D3 are different than the F1 Asymetric (similar to how the SHO is different than the Limited is different than the SEL).

Damn good price. How do they hook
Pulled trigger on a set theseI can also recommend the Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 tires. I've had them on my car for a few months now, and they are exceptional in both dry and wet conditions. they are basically re branded Bridgestone Potenza re003, a tire that is very popular overseas.
Here's a review from TireRack, I realize some new tires have come to market since then, but they are still a great choice for the price! Right now they are going for 138$ per tire.

I've had mine for a quite some time now, they are exceptional in the wet, and very grippy in the dry! I believe I have put about 3000 miles on mine so far.Let us know how they perform. Have been eyeballing those for a set of summer tires.
