Thinking about joining the club

I'm looking for something new and these seem to have cought my eye. I've been a large fleet Tech for over 30 years and we have many many Taurus, but never a SHO. Well the search is on and I found this place, so I'll be reading a lot and contribute where I can. If all goes well I'll have one in the garage before the end of the year and be wrenching away.

I suggest expanding your search to include all of the 3.5 transverse EB vehicles. I wanted an SHO most, Explorer Sport second, Flex third, and an MKS last. In my area, I was able to find the cleanest/best value in a used MKS and went for it instead of the SHO or Explorer that I really wanted.

I was shopping for a new SHO, but ended up in a Kia Optima. That's what I get for shopping with the wife
