Not sure if anyone has had an experience with this before or if anyone has a recommendation on how to cure the issue before I start removing the left front wheel/tire and the plastic wheel well. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.Left Front issue

Mine used to do that before I went deer hunting the expensive way. Then once they replaced the bumper and mounting components it lines up great. I believe there are some clips on the fender that are supposed to clip into the bumper. I think those either wear out or break and no longer hold the bumper in good alignment.

It's a picture of the location where the bumper meets the front fender right below the headlight. In the top of the picture you can see the headlight in the top left. I would say left front quarter = driver's side front fender.

Thanks Silver SHO. Couldn't have stated it better myself.

Although this is a dated pic taken from my "How-To" tutorial on removing the front bumper cover, this inage depicts the black plastic "hangar" in which the 90 degree edge of the outer corners of the bumper attach to.....

Hopefully that's of some help?

That helps a lot. I did pull up your entire removal procedure with the pictures and hopefully once I remove the "wheel housing splash shield" I should be able to see what the issue is. Much appreciated.
