Hmm, wheels i ordered from Tire Rack came with the necessary lug nuts, centering rings, etc. I have not bought from other vendors to know if they throw in all of the little things or not, though.
+1 to this. On the lug nuts there is a beveled angle on the nut that mates to the wheel. The wheel has the same beveled angle on it so the nut seats properly to the wheel. If the nuts for the same wheel have the same angle, you should be able to reuse what you have. If it's different, you'll need new nuts.Will depend on the seating point, if they are concaved the same or not...
