I'm from philly but stay near the reading PA area ...I have a 92 MTX project i'm currently working on and having a few issues with it wanting to stall from time to time ...I just recently changed the Valve cover gaskets, new plugs and wires , fuel filter , cam sensor and new O2 sensors and after replacing all that I'm still having some issues with it running ...It seems to want to cut off when coming to any stops when in neutral and struggles to start right back up ...I have to let it sit for a few secs then I turns over I would like to find somebody who has knowledge about these cars

Right in the middle of your state in Selinsgrove (north of Harrisburg), is Area 91 who knows a thing or two about your car.
In the time being, make sure all your grounds (especially that one from the intake to that nest of grounds on the the passenger firewall) is nice and tight. Pretty well everyone who has that intake off, has problems with that ground.

I've spoken with Area 91 and even Kevin Boyer before they both seem too busy or something cause I never hear back from them I've tried to reach out to them several times and no response

fuel pump is a decent guess - next time it dies, check to see if there is fuel pressure at the fuel rail.

another good guess - does the cruise control work? if the vss is bad, the cruise does not work, and the engine often will die when coming to a stop.

if you want to check the fuel pump plumb a gauge to the shrader valve and drive around with the gauge under your windshield wiper. if the pressure drops too low you will know it's bad for driving conditions. it's really not that hard to drop the tank and put in a pump if this is your problem.
I guess you could also keep your foot on the gas in neutral to keep the pressure up, if this is the problem it shouldn't die. (if the fuel pump is actually the problem)

that's what I usually do to keep from stalling and are you talking about that valve that sticks up from the fuel rail?

It is where the speedometer cable attaches to the transmission, on the firewall side.

ok I also did a fuel pressure check tonight and got around 32 psi at idle then rev the engine at around 1 to 2k and kept it there but the pressure dropped right below 30 psi at steady throttle ...then I also pulled the vac line off the fuel pressure regulator and the gauge shot up to 40 psi but started to rough at idle

sounds like a weak pump to me and it sounds like the regulator works, although I can't remember the exact pressures below 30 is a little low. rockauto has a rebuild kit for not much $. it's not too bad if you don't mind taking the thing apart.
I guess I have to point out there is a small change you have a leaky injector or something else. I've heard that happen once or twice, but certainly not often.

not sure about the leaking injector but the pump sound like it needs to be changed
