AIR INTAKE OR DROP IN K&N

2013 pp with v8 tune torn between the air intake and just a drop in filter....is the intake worth it if so in everyone's opinion who has one that noticed a little bit of a seat of the pants difference after install and what intake to go with.

I went with the k&n drop in, I personally don't buy into cold air intakes that the filter is in the hot engine bay

Looks like the stock intake with the drop in is the best way to go to me? Do you feel the same?

I personally like the extra turbo whistle the 2 others provided...thus, I have the Windstorm on the car currently. Plus, 2 hundredths is 2 hundredths...lol

I could also see the larger filter of the Windstorm being more beneficial on those long WOT pulls to say 145ish?

Did you notice better throttle response in your opinion with the windstorm in just driving around?

Not anything of worth, the times are so close in every respect it's hard to say there's a difference
