I was poking around under my 15SHO, checking wheel bearings and axles

Investigating a loud metallic click under heavy load, that is very inconsistent but also does it going to park sometimes. Very loud, but only does it once or twice at a time.

No Idea, but doesn't seem to be having any effect in driving terms.

Also found an oil leak on the outside of the transmission housing(Driverside) .

I can not find any source

Almost looks like the hydraulic fluid from a motor mount, which might explain some of the clicking as well.

Yeah it is strange, really doesn't have any smell to it either.

If it had been passengerside + smell, I'd have said PTU, but this is the exact opposite! Heard of one case recently where the trans mount had to be replaced, but that was due to a technician error. Does the click happen only when you go WOT suddenly, or even when the load is upped gradually? Could be a faulty strut on that side. Many many cases of OEM strut/shock failure.

Only happens if I hold the brake and stall it up or if I just stomp it.

I'm pretty confident it is from the trans mount, based on the location.

Good friend of mine is a Master Ford tech and he will look at it soon.
