I'm patiently waiting for my 2013 (non-PP) which was ordered March 2nd and I have already racked up a list of must do mods. First will be a tune of course (hopefully the LMS crew will crack the 13 soon :), but the next mod on my list is lowering with H&R springs. I love the look and it sounds like everyone really likes the ride, which is perhaps just slightly stiffer than stock???

My biggest question is concerning the vehicle stance with multiple passengers or loaded down with luggage, etc??? I frequently drive 5 adults around at work for lunch and meetings. Does anyone who has done the H&R's have some thoughts on if it makes driving with a crew problematic? Does it look like its dragging bottom with passengers?

Ordered mine March 8th so good to know that I'm not the only one waiting 'patiently'.

Mine does hit with passengers in the back and/or luggage in the trunk. Maybe it is because of the wheel adapters I have installed too. I didn't ride too long without the adpaters because I thought it looked terrible.

Wheel adapters??

You say it hits, does it look like its dragging @$$ when you have it loaded up? What I am looking to avoid is the rice-looking SHO when I take a few guys to lunch. It always looks really lame to me when I see a "modded" car that is visually dragging because the dude actually has friends in the car!

It only hits when you hit some uneven road, like on an interstate, and there is weight in the back. I deal with it as IMO it looked like sh*% with the way the rear tires tuck way the **** in the rear wheel well. I hardly ever have passengers in the rear and the trunk loaded at the same time.

Only reason I know it hits because when I got picked up from the airport the other night my friend drove and I rode in the back. I'm 185#s, and had exactly 91#s of luggage in the back. My Eibachs never did that and I had a few folks in the back from time to time.

When you say adapters, are wheel spacers the same. I got a set of 4 wheel spacers installed on my jeep wrangler and love the way it makes the tires flare out.

The issue I think he is describing is the tires rubbing on the fender edge, due to the spacers. Stock wheel offset is 38. Unless one uses longer lug bolts or adapters that have new bolts built in, the widest spacer that can safely be used is 3 mil.

Has anyone ever found any technical data on 2010 SHO vs. 2013 vs. PP vs non-PP vs. h&r springs? After seeing members putting in 2013 tranny coolers, I thought I would see someone order up some 2013 springs or shocks/struts??? I'm really excited to put some h&r's on my 2013 (for the look), but I don't want to remove well engineered Ford springs for aftermarket just for the drop...BUT, I can't find any technical data or road tests anywhere!

Side note: I ordered my 2013 on march 3rd, and just found out I have an expected delivery of June 24th! ...I am trying to be patient...the SHO forums give my daily fix or I'd be losing my mind!

Adapters are the ones with built in studs that bolt on your existing studs and wheel spacers are the 1/4" or 1/2" thick aluminum pieces that slide over your factory studs. I have 1.25" for the rear and 1.00" for the front. The stance is perfect and like Bob said, the fender edge does scrub the tire from time to time. Luckily, the new SHOs have a rolled fender and no damage to the tire or fender has occurred as of yet.

Just was told that my March 8th order is being built Monday so it should be here shortly. Hopefully they were wrong about your end of June delivery.

Awesome! I'm hoping mine shows up next week too. I am only 4 hours from Chicago so maybe it will get up here sooner. What color did you get? Mine will be Sterling Grey.

Black on Black! Non-PP, every option but sunroof.

I'm hoping adding some H&R's will get me close to the pp stiffer setup. I can always add stiffer springs and a sway bar, but I can't add adaptive cruise or collision avoidance down the road. I hope I don't regret that move! They hadn't announced the upgraded cooling yet when I ordered or I probably would have gone with the pp...Oh well.

Sounds pretty similar to me, non-PP, everything else but sunroof. Mine just showed up at the dealer and is in the back parking lot. I will be picking it up Wednesday! Yay!

I was off a day. I take delivery at 9:30am tomorrow! I was playing around in it today and I don't know how I missed this but it has remote start. After hearing about the previous year's and the car turning off when you get in and having to restart i wasn't sure I wanted it but it didn't do that today when I tried it. All I had to do was press the brake and hit the Start button and it was ready to go. The guy giving me the tour of the car said it was because of the MyKey system on the older versions. Anyway, that was a nice surprise. He also said there is an Andoid app for previewing the MyFordTouch system. Just downloaded it and it is kind of neat to get used to the system before tomorrow.
