I'm digging it. The MyTouch and the dash looks like it may take some getting used to though. Wonder when the 400hp will take place? I've heard there's a 3.7 Ecoboost rounding the corner here soon, so maybe 2014. ;)

Is it just me or do those side vents look better with "SHO" rather than the stock ones on my 2011?
If they are the same size as my 2011 maybe I will order a pair when they become available.....
I'm also liking the LED tails. :)

I LOVE it.. At first I was like ewww but it instantly grew onto me looking at pictures. It looks like a mustang that you can get groceries in, and bring your kids to a park for the weekend.. It's awesome. It doesn't stick out "too" much but yet it's different than the taurus. I like the SHO badges and everything also.

Would love to have one! I also think the same HP isn't "that" bad. But it would be nice if they offer a staged tune option from the factory so you dont have to worry about voiding warranty.

I have feeling that a lot of goodies when end up on peoples older sho's. don't care to much for the new front end. But I like the embroidered seats, and the bigger brakes. The LED tail lights maybe of some interest if the chrome starts peeling on my new ones. And then hopefully ford will just swap out to be done with once and for all.

The new taillights would require a new trunk lid or some fancy fabrication and a repaint of the existing hood. I can't tell yet if they would fit the existing rear fenders or not.

Yea, on current ones, the lights on the trunk don't actually light up, right? Plus the loads for the new LED lights are different than the current halogen ones, so some fancy electrical work would be needed as well.

IIRC, all you need is a load resistor. I've not done it, but some folks in the LS community have done LED conversions for the taillights; without the load resistor, the diagnostic system sees the LEDs as a burned-out lamp.

Yea, I was just about to post this. I like this pic the most because you can see a clear comparison between the back ends of the current and new designs. You can clearly see that the new LED taillamps will NOT swap into the 2010 since the taillamp pocket in the trunk stamping is different. Taurusint06kgped

I also just noticed they put a std key lock cylinder in the trunk for the PI (assumingly because PI's will get get std keys, not push button start).

Oem led taillights are typically driven by another location in the car and not the housings itself, which means these will probably not be plug and play even if you swapped all the parts. It would probably be cheaper to pay someone to do a complete led retrofit in the oem housings.
