Looks like its time to loose the Sways

You can clearly see that the right rear wheel is off the ground.
I was looking a little closer at the right front wheel as well and here is what I found.



It would appear that I was driving on 2 wheels around that corner. It would also explain the reason why it felt like I was spinning when getting back on the gas as the Quafie needs at lest some grip on both wheels to work. It was hard to believe that I was spinning R compound tires in 2nd gear this explains everything. Anyone who was out for a ride with me should have felt and heard what I thought was tire spinning.

I am not exactly sure on what sizes the gen 3 came with (22 i think) but I am using the stock bar for my car and its the smallest gen 2 bar.

500lb front and 300lb rear.

If you decide to run no swaybar up front, I'd back down on the rear a little bit. I'm at 20/26, If I ditch the front sway bar I'm going to back the rear down to a 24. That's just me anyways.

My car handles well now, but when/if the SHO Source CO's come out, I'll probably have to play with my sway bar configuration. I currently have 22/26 and when I spin in a turn, both front tires spin.

You might want to talk with Pat on his setup. I don't remember him having issues lifting with CO's and running a 20.6.

I kinda find it hard to believe that BOTH tires are off of the ground at the same time, due to the sway bars.

Are you sure you didn't hit that curb right before that picture was taken, lifting the car up in the air?

I was wondering the same thing, although I've seen plenty of cars get two wheels up without hitting a bump.

That wouldn't explain my engine revving up like I was spinning the tires pretty near every time I went around that bend.

Hmm. It might explain the rear, at least. I can see the front coming off the ground in hard cornering.

You shouldn't need to ditch the front swaybar with a Quaife. I think there was a bump you were hitting there and that's what was lifting that inside tire off the ground.

And stiffer rear springs will plant the front better and make the Quaife work a lot less. It'll make it even more miserable on the street, though.

If he hit that curb at speed, he would've either been waaay higher than that, or upside down in the agriculture. Those curbs were easily 9 or 10 inches high.
