Run, run like the wind, don't let these evil three letters drain anothor mans wallet.
The man speaks the truth
isn't it expected to need repairs after a decade?
I see that a lot of money is spent on repairs, but the newest sho is 11 years old (other than the 4th gen obviously) isn't it expected to need repairs after a decade?
Exactly! It's pretty common, with the cars value being what it is, for the less experienced car folk to buy them up, and face repairs and maintenance that far exceed the value of the car. They then go on to call them "money pits" or "maintenance hogs".
I'll agree, the front and top 60k services can get pricey if you pay someone to do it, but after that, it's a pretty reliable car.
Welcome in, and as frosho mentioned, we hope to see you at some events!
There's a few members on here that are into Vics as well. Phokus (Ray) is in MA, and has a P71 as well as a Focus and an SHO.
