Hey guys, I think I posted about this a few weeks ago before I had any pictures or anything, but this is the link to the thread about the car.

http://www.shoforum.com/showthread.php?t=103961

This car is awesome, a great buy for anyone in the market. I have put my heart and soul into this car, just want to see it go to a good home.

Have JD and Nick come out and checked your car out? It was mentioned in another recent thread.

I remember this car from October 2008, mine and yours were the only green gen 2's there (believe it or not!) and yours was definitely the best of the two :thumb:

Unfortunately, due to scheduling, John has been unable to come see the car yet, but I am optimistic that the car will sell. All someone needs to do is drive it/see it and they will realize what a great car it is.

Dan's SHO

He's right of course. Biggest danger is that I will see his car again and then be forced to buy it.

Dan, hopefully, I can get out your way soon. Will call you when I have a plan that is solid.

What a far cry from this years meet. But it's ok as we all know Green Gen 2's are the fastest.

So is John still Married?

classic and hilarious, Sam. My long-suffering SHO widow was very understanding.

Dan, I love the car. My 14-year old daughter pronounced it "way cool". However, next SHO will have to be an ATX so that someone else at my house can drive it.

I couldnt have asked for a better person to buy the car. I literally couldnt. The car has gone to a cushy retirement home.

SHO and marriage, etc.

Well, there is no point lying to her. You know, foundation of a good marriage is trust, honesty and companionship. Besides, you know I caught *ell for buying this car. Amy does think this new SHO is the prettiest (?).

BTW, those 17" wheels are < $100 each at Tire Rack. Tires cost more.

True enough, Dan. You know, we old guys need to have our fun and distraction too. Hope you and the Lincoln can make it to the next meet.

Now ... what to do with this car ...

It's not too hard, and yes you got the vernacular correct, though I think it more common for people to say tanks instead of bowls :thumb:
Give this a read... http://www.shotimes.com/php-bin/mod...e=article&mode=thread&order=0&thold=0&sid=197

One thing I'll say though, if you use a super strict shop for state inspections beware of this mod. I imagine most places will pass it though, cut some turn signal wires out of another SHO and I don't think any shop will notice the difference. I cut some from a junkyard SHO awhile back but haven't put them in yet.
