after i did my rear shocks, no more rattling and knocking it is so nice, but i have some squeeking, i did put on used springs which were in excellent shape, and i thought maybe they needed to adjust a little but it has been quite some time. the only other thing i replaced were the endlinks, would these cause the squeeking if not tight enough?

Could be, especially depending on the material used for the end link bushings - I've read that polyurethane tends to squeak if not lubed. (I used TPR bushings on mine so I have no direct experience with that) It might also be the strut mounts - did you replace those when you did the struts?

Even if greased?

Unfortunately, yes. The grease seems to migrate out of them fairly quickly. so at best it is only a temporary fix. I have done it a few times, but eventually get tired of it and replace the bushings, but I also work the suspension a lot harder than average, I suspect, as I do the back mountain roads a bit quickly.
