wtb : cheap 3.0 for a 1991

ok so hears the deal its a white 1991 taurus sho beening sitting for the past year because the timing belt ten. stud snaped off at the block, tried to get it out but it was a no go. The motor was going to end up being replaced anyway because it didn't run right after the P.O blew the head gaskets and the top end was rebuilt. So im looking for a cheap 3.0 motor to put in it (would really prefer not to go 3.2) doesnt really matter what year, would prefer mileage to be less then about 165,000 the car has 163,000 now. hoping for a price range somewhere around 200 to 250.
