Within another 1-3 months I'm looking for a 93-95 MTX SHO (any color but green preferably). Unless it's black, I prefer a 94-95. I'm looking at something under 140k miles with top/front 60k done, rod bearings done, NO RUST, good body, paint, and interior. I'm not interested in a highly modded SHO, just a nice, clean stock original. Some small mods are ok, but I'm mainly looking for something stock. I prefer a Southern car.
I realize the clean, lower mileage, rust-free, mint SHOs are getting harder to find, especially MTXs. I'm looking for a really nice car and will pay a reasonable price for it. I'm not looking for the $800 craigslist SHO. I want a forum member, well-maintained, needs very little-to-nothing SHO.
I tried this last time and my SHO wound up needing a LOT more than I thought. I will take plenty of time in my search this time around to make sure it's exactly what I want.
I'm in no break-neck hurry but I am starting to look. I'm looking around maybe end of May or first of June to purchase. I'm waiting on a little more $ to stick aside, but I just wanted to start looking.
I'm looking in the $2000-2500 range. I MAY go a little higher depending on the individual characteristics of the car, how well it was maintained, and who owned it before.
