I've got an extra gen 2 instrument cluster that shows the hundreth thousands(130K) place & soon my 91 will be hitting 130K so I'd like to swap the newer style in there to show the appropriate mileage rather than 30K wink & also I like that style a bit better. Will everything work correctly as far as gas/temp/tach/odometer/speedometer? If you know please respond. thumbs_u

Also could a set of ebay indiglos be installed easier at the time of the swap? Just curious since it'll be easily accesible & all the gauges could be manipulated to stay correctly calibrated. C'mon you gurus.... educate me on this.

I don't see why they wouldn't work, but check to make sure the electrical connectors on the backs of the clusters are the same. Installing the indiglos would be very easy since you have to take the dash apart to install the cluster, and also to install the gauge faces.

SHOspd said he tried before and it wouldn't work. Let me know if you get it to work though, as I have an extra Gen 2 cluster too.
