NO, the 3.0 is abotu 1-2" shorter in depth and a completely different bolt pattern.

not to mention the ATX alternator is a single pulley design for 1 wide belt, and the MTX is designed for a much narrower belt.

And, I believe the 94-95 MTX Alt are different from the early year MTX alts anyway.
