Hooked the code reader up awhile ago and it said that im running rich on the front bank. Which makes sense, as im lacking in power, i feel a bog, and it seems to pull better at half to 3/4's throttle then full. I checked fuel pressure and its normal, so its not the pump. code reader also said the o2's arent switching. With 130k on the clock and original o2s im sure it couldnt hurt anyways.

Heres the link to the list of o2's on rock auto for a 93 3.0 sho. http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/x,carcode,1138799,parttype,5132
Why such a HUGE difference in price? if i can get them for around 75-80 shipped i can order them tonight. But those are the cheaper ones, any difference in performance of the o2's? thanks for any help guys

Get the Denso's, I ordered them a month ago , great product and works great. There's no such thing as a performance O2. They only need to have an accurate reading , that's all the computer asks for.

Id like to just buy two of the denso ones that come up first on the website, as they're only 33 dollars each, if theres no difference in the performance i want the cheapest possible. which one is longer, the rear or front o2?

They're descriptions are so confusing that not I , nor my dad can figure out which are for the front or rear. They should all work for my car as i put in my year, model and engine size, its just a matter of figure out which ones.

Heres a description from one of the o2's for sale:

"SENSOR,HTD OXY(POSN 1) IN EXH MANIFOLD/CROSSOVER-REAR-3 WIRE
SENSOR,HTD OXY(POSN 1) IN EXH MANIFOLD/CROSSOVER-FRONT-3 WIRE"

Wtf? rear 3 wire, front 3 wire, but its the same one! so is it for the front, or rear? im so confused, this has literally kept me from buying o2's on several different occasions, advance auto doesnt have them, and i cant figure out the part descriptions on websites. :banghd:...

Bought my Bosch O2s at AutoZone
13942 for the front $39.99
13953 for the rear $42.99

Pricing may vary from area to area.
I would rather have Denso's, as I believe thay are more accurate.

The Denso sensor for the SHO on Rockauto and in the Denso catalog is PN 234-3002, labeled Front but I've concluded that is misleading. The pigtail length is not given in the Denso catalog under SHO, but if you look it up under 1992 Ford Ranger (see link) the pigtail length for the 234-3002 is 8.3". That is the length of the pigtails on both of my factory sensors, so the 234-3002 should work in both positions. However, if you prefer a longer pigtail, 234-3007 appears to be the same sensor with a 16.3" pigtail. Both are available from Rockauto.com.

Ranger: http://www.densoaftermarket.com/catalog/catalog.php?part=o2sn&year=1992&make=FORD&model=RANGER
Taurus: http://www.densoaftermarket.com/catalog/catalog.php?part=o2sn&year=1992&make=FORD&model=TAURUS

Oh yea, to further confirm this, 1995MTXSho's Bosch 13942 crosses to the Denso 234-3002 and the Bosch 13953 crosses to the Denso 234-3007.

IIRC, the rear wiring is a little tight for the shorter pigtail, so I will probably buy one 234-3002 and one 234-3007 from Rockauto.com
