Sad ending to a really nice car. If anyone is in the Los Angeles area, this looks like a great opportunity for parts. I am checking to see if $500 is for the car and all the misc parts

You would need to put that car on a Dataliner (frame machine) or similar to determine whether the rear suspension pickup points are skewed/out of place. It is possible that only the rear control arms bent. If you jack it up send pics of the rear suspension. Just looking at the damage though, to both vehicles my guess is it will not be repairable, to far gone. You would want a 94 or 95 wagon to swap the parts over to in order to avoid having to extensively rewire the dashboard.
