Which A/C Pulley?

I'm trying to replace my A/C pulley on a 93 3.0. I got one from ebay (YB314A), which listed that it would work with the 3.0 SHO, however it is larger than the one that currently on my compressor. There are 3 listings for the 93 SHO on Oreilly's website (YB314a, YB413A, and YB471A). Any idea which one is the correct one?

YB-314a, per Ford's parts website, is for the 3.0 & 3.2 L SHO.

That's the one I got, but it's diameter is about 5.75", where the one that is currently on it is about 5". Not sure if the inner diameter of the bearing is the same, but if it is, would there be any issue with using the slightly larger pulley?
