wheres a good walk thru for trans fluid change

where is there a good walk threw to change out the fluid i been searchin but i havent found anything good to go by most of them say diff stuff..

how much fluid do i need i have a good 14qts a new filter and something to drain the fluid in ..

just need the walk threw

my trans only has about 10k on the rebuild but it now has fluid that is a good 4 years old omost 5 and its dark looking.. trans is showing a little sign of slippage when i back the car in the drive way and have the get it up this angled curb deal.. when i hit the throttle it slips a very little bit..

opinions please also seems as if the trans aint putting all the power to the wheels at very high rpms.. could just be me..

this is what i went by pretty simple got the job done in about 3hours time consuming to change the filter out.. my fluid looked like used motor oil....

i said to my friend helping me wonder if the guy reused my old fluid.....
