Where can I get door handle guts?

My back door won't open so I took off the panel to see what I could find and there is a piece missing. It is a white piece that when you pull up on the outside handle it pushes down the piece to open the door. Does anyone know where I could get a replacement piece or have an idea on what to put there instead of the factory piece to still make it work?
