comparing prices for replacement tires vs. wheel tire combos makes it real tempting to go with a $700/800 set of 17"s for my 1989.
I would like to see my brakes..and paint the calipers...with the basketweaves thats impossible.
But I am concerned about the quality of the wheels in these packages.
I grew up with name brands.
Anyone out there who has done this?
I don`t want to spend the money if the wheels wont take daily abuse.
