One of the best suspension upgrades I did was subframe connectors. Failry inexpensive, and as long as you dont get ripped off on the install, you will be okay. They make the car handle great though!

If you want the lower stance, I like the Eibachs. My springs were only about 60K old or so when I went to the Eibachs. I dropped my front about 1/2 inch or so, and the back about 3/4-1 inch. I think it has a nice stance.

You can check my sig for my other suspension mods.

For use with a lower ride height and the necessarily firmer springs you are going to need higher damping struts such as the Tokico or Koni versions. Short, high rate springs and stock type struts are going to give you a pogo like ride. Ever notice those badly chopped Hondas bouncing along like a carnival ride?

Um, actually Scott, those are hydrolics. They're supposed to bounce like that. Some people even think it's cool. shrug

I suggest Tokico's and Intrax springs. Intrax's drop u a little lower then the ebiachs. But the stance looks awesome. O and replace the strut mounts while u are replaceing your struts and springs that always gets over looked!!But like every body else has said the subframe connectors are a great modd. (My set is on it's way). And then make sure none of your bushings are bad. If they are just replace them with some poly bushings. O and You can always replace your stock sway bars with some beefer ones like the 24/26 combo. And then replace the stock end links with some solid poly bushings. And then get some grippy tires and you would be set. There are a few other modds u can do like.
H-brace
adj rear control arms (Helps out on lowered sho's to get them in spec)
Alum subframe bushings
Front and rear adj strut tower braces

And now i think thats it.. Sorry i got carried away there.. :D Hope this helps out.

You're right about the strut mounts being over looked. The bunch of red necks that did my struts DID over look them. Now I have a loud bang in the rear when I hit bumps. If I lowered the front as low as the rear is in this pic would I have any problems? This was before my new struts and rear springs.Pic is in my sig. Thanks for the help!

the tokiko/eibach is a good combo that works well. the tokico strut will fail(leak) if you do track events that you would max the stroke out over & over. this is an extreme.
