What be happening?

Since there are very little posts on the LSSHOC page and I have not a damn thing to do on a Saturday night..this is what I did today.

Put in a new speedo cable to replace the old broken one (need to see my speed!). Not fun but not too bad.

Tightened the little nut connecting the rod shifter to tranny. Amazing what a little tighenting can do.

Next up..bushings bushings bushings on the sloppy front end. Happy Saturday...

sounds like you did alot today Mike! When are we going to install a supercharger on that car? Let me Know if you are interested on those bonduraunt struts?

ahhhh yes my friend Tony. I now have the repair and upgrade fever. I'll give you a ring to talk more about those struts. I am interested in getting the MTX 'pension up to par. My drag times are sooo embarrASSing. The motor is running good but not putting anything to the ground.

man not having a speedo is un-nerving...plus you can't tell if the engine is getting decent gas mileage/problems.

I plan on putting on bushings in the next couple of weeks depending on when I get the parts in. Then before next month is done..new struts, strut holder thingys and springs. Then hopefully I can put the power to the ground.
