I believe you will need to get the valve lash tools to check the valve lash after installation, or before, not sure on which one. Possibly assembly ****? Shim removal tools, shims if any are out of spec. 3/8's torque wrench, torque specs. I know I could be missing some things here. Maybe also a good time to do an upper 60k or at least replace the valve cover gaskets and plug well seals. Anyone have more to add?

Use the cam alignment tool to make sure you have them timed correctly, and as stated above, the valve lash procedure/tools. Also a good time to check the chain tensioners, timing belt, etc.

cam swap thoughts..

you will need to reshim the heads, you can rent the tools and a seletion of shims from a couple sources, it just takes some time and elbow grease.

Valve cover gasket are expensive, if you can afford them and the plug well seals sure... if you cant maybe next time??

I agree timing belt, water pump, crank position sensor if milage is unkown / unsure
