What's everyone think about getting together next weekend for the final C&C at the American Tobacco Complex in Durham. My thought is we spend the morning at the car show, then go someplace for lunch. I would suggest checking out the Seafood resturant at the NC Farmer's Market in Raleigh. Then we can finish out the afternoon at the G0-Cart track that Josh found in Garner. The date is Sat. Sept 29,2012. I would suggest we meet at 9am at the ATC parking deck. What does everyone think.

Sounds good to me. I went to the Go-Kart place. It's a fully operational, professional, and legitimate track. 8 min heats last a long time. 4 races would be awesome.

I'm in.

I don't see the amount of people we need to make this worthwhile. Group rates don't start until 5 people are in. That special offer is cool for sure, we just need more bodies.

Josh, we/re showing 5 members coming now(as of 9/25). I can't do the go-carts, because of my back injury, but I can be the designated photographer. :salute:

I'll see what I can do. I could possibly make it down for lunch and everything after. Not big on seafood for lunch (see-food however...) but I'm sure we can figure something out.

Andi, if you want to do go-karts, wear real shoes this time...

I have real shoes ready this time.lol

If you don't they will rent you close toed shoes for 2 bucks. These guys are cool.

I'm not in for any sort of seafood for lunch either. Kind of in the habit of only eating stuff from the ocean when I catch it.

I have a welding class in the AM, so I won't make the cars & coffee but I'll try to be there sometime around 1ish for go karts.

The Seafood Restaurant offers a wide selection of fresh NC seafood. Their main offerings are a Calabash style(lightly) fried coating. They also offer a limited broiled selection, along with a Chicken Fingers Basket. They offer great food at really affordable prices. It also offers inside and outside seating, along with quick-order/cooked-to-order process that offers great quality. My wife and I have enjoyed coming here for years and never been disappointed. Here is a link to the restaurant website, with menu and directions: http://www.ncseafood.com/

I'm not. I really need to work on my car, I'm tired of the radiator leaking, the abs light coming on for no reason and the spring mount rubbing in the front.
