Any one had experience with these rotors? i searched but i could only find a couple things about them...
From the looks of it, im going to go with Orielly's with the rotors. but they offer 2 different rotors, one at 39.00, and the other at 20.00. the 39 has a Lifetime warr. and the 20 has a 1 YR. i think he said the 1 yr was the standard brake. which i had read that they are the same rotor, wagner, and standard. just the warrenties are different? and the box too....

Another question i have, what pads should i go with? They offer a 45.00 pad, that has a life time warr. and then the 16.00 warr. i dont know???
But i read some one used the PFC carbon with these and they worked great.
The only problem is, none of my stores stock them.... well at least the 3 i tried. And they could only order them... you know how that goes...
what other pads could i use? I know Hawk, but i dont think any auto parts here carry them... should i stick with the same brand, wagner, with the pads. I guess thats what they are...
I want a performance pad, but, i really cant wait. I guess if i order them from A-Z, they should be here soon....
my friend told me that A-Z started to stock Hawk pads though. can anyone confirm this. he said that every one that was doing a brake job in his brake class, was going to a-z to get the hawk pads.....
if thats the case, then i will go get the Hawk pads. But, will the Hawk pads work with the Wagner rotors?
if i think of anymore questions, i will add them later..... :bonk:
thanks guys!

Go with Carbotech Bobcat pads. Really good, no fade, mild dusting. I ran into some issues with the AZ pads when I went to Thunderhill last year. They flat out stopped working.

SHOnut has Carbotechs at a great price.

Even on the freeway I would prefer these pads. I had a few times with the AZ pads (~$45 IIRC) where I would need to slow from ~110 quickly, and they would fade awfuly fast. Maybe get a cheap set to last you through the weekend?

well pads are a big part of your braking system next to the rotors and so on, but with new parts everything works at its best level while it is new whether cheap or not. so to help u out u i feel that if u do drive pretty hard why not always have new stuff all the time, believe me they will not question why u come in every three months or every week as long as u have a receipt. so all in all go with the lifetime oreilly brand and continue to drive hard, as soon as u feel the quality being lost whether it be three months or a year take them back for new ones that goes for pads or rotors. they made lifetime warranties for a reason to pull extra cash and to have a customer for life but its all up to you im just your brake psychiatrist

I get my Performance Friction pads at AutoZone. Which "AutoZone" pads are you referring to that fade so badly?

Scott, not sure what pad others where referring to but I have the cheap ones from AZ and they fade horrible. I don't track my car or even drive it hard but I WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone with a SHO.

well i got the wagner rotors, with oriellys pads, the brake best.... ??? but they are a very good match up. Im still beeding them in, but, as far as i can tell, they seem like a good pair.
later on down the road, though, i might go get the PFC from A-Z...

****, i might as well start looking for some 95 knuckles.... and everything else....
