Just curious if its cause I have the catless downpipes and no mufflers? or should I be worried lol. Its a new motor about 5k or more on it and 2010 sho

check the carrier bearings on the driveshaft. that will cause vibrations felt in the pass cabin floor.

There is a wire that runs long the top of the engine to a sensor. Often it can wear and short against the block. There is a whole thread on that here somewhere. I'm sure others might chime in with a link to that thread.
I took a photo from mine and you can see where I tied the wire to keep it off the block.

smack dab in the middle of the pic with a thin white wiretie type thingy.
I looked and it's not touching. The only reason I brought it up to see if others have this problem as well. Its been happening to me on my old motor and the new one that ford installed.

is the vibration there in any gear or does it stop in P or N? Those two gears are when the driveshaft is disconnected. Might be early stages of the carrier bearing failing, depending on how severe the vibration is, to answer your earlier question.

Since it is a new motor, I would definitely have the motor mounts and the bolts checked, as metioned prior. You'd be surprised how many replacement bolts are cross-threaded or just plain incorrect for the application once the factory bolt is removed/discarded for a service that needs it.

What happened to the first motor? I'm starting to look sideways at ford's engineering for the newer v8s and turbo v6s.

Its when the car is in park and the rpms are going down from a cold start is when I can feel it really bad then goes to like a light vibration when someone turns on im thinking the a/c condenser? but its just annoying where I notice it lol. It was more of me just being curious.

Yeah It was covered under extended warranty lol but would they put in a reman or a new one? or a newer Taurus engine? Cause the dealer ship said it was hard getting the same old engine that came on the 2010. But *Knock on wood* The oil hasn't been leaking from the front turbo line.

no way to tell what the dealer would put in. A 2013+ engine is easy enough to source and swap in though. Just a few parts from the 2010 would need to be carried over.
