The TwEECer allows you to make changes to the computer in order to correctly tune the car with a computer. The RT adds real-time data loggine, which allows you to watch what the computer is doing.

The only proper way to tune is with the RT model... ESPECIALLY with boost.

FWIW, I would like to reinforce Jason's recommendation here. If you're going to drop the cash for a TwEECer, you might as well spend the extra money for the RT's data logging capability. Not only will you be able to peer into the EEC's realm of operation, but you will also save yourself a great deal of time and effort by being able to make calibration changes based off of the data logs that you capture. These points effectively become moot when applied to a boosted application where data logging feedback is absolutely necessary.

IOW, listen to what Jason said. ;)
