Trim removal

The first owner of my car put rub strips on the car at the top of the rocker mouldings...it looks horrible.

So, I wanna remove it....how do I remove it properly and rid of the remainding adhesive?

Do you have any pictures? Are they adhesive? Do you have any curb feelers, too? ****

I pulled the gold (yuck!) adhesive pinstripe off a while ago. I used that "oops!" stuff and it worked great. Cleaned and waxed afterwords but I don't have any faded areas from the pinstripe.
