Well i recently got a hold of a trans for my 90. I want to have it rebuilt because its a j/y tranny and anything could be wrong with it even if it is in "working" order. I was wondering what anyone was charged to have this done at a shop or where ever. If anyone could give me a price range that would be great.

To be honest i would prefer to have bizzy do it because ive heard that she does excelent work. I would also have to see if she had the time. but the shipping of the trans can be a killer on the wallet for riiiizeal!

Shipping isn't much when you use DHL. Get ahold of Beth [Bizzy] and she will give you a scoop on everything, including shipping. Her price will most likely come out cheaper and you have the chance to get the differential reinforced to prevent future failure, plus she has the parts right there unlike most shops who have to scavange around and end up leaving you with the same parts.
