Trans dip stick and spark plug well seal installation

Well, I have a couple of questions here, so i figured is save a bit of space and ask them both here. Number one, where the **** is the trans dip stick? I cannot find it on my car for the life of me. Also, I am going to be changing my valve cover gaskets and plug well seals, is there any advice you can offer, or even better, a guide to doing it? Any help is appreciated.
