Alright, I am pretty sure now that my tranny is slipping. The tach revs up 500rpm, then drops back when I have the pedal at a certain spot.

Anyways, to the point...what can be done to preserve the tranny a little longer? I just need to start scraping the funds together to get the tranny rebuilt.

As well, what am I looking at to have the tranny rebuilt? Anyone know of a good place in ontario, canada to have it done?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Teg, get in touch with Josh at Sho Nut Performance. I'm sure he'll be able to help. Why, you could just click on the banner ad above. He's a good guy and good with wrenching on SHO's.

I am having similar trouble. I just bought this thing so I don't know the way a ATX should feel. Does anyone no what the indications of a slipping tranny are? Or should I ask what are the common charactoristics of a ATX?
Thanks
