TPS sensor screws

Does anyone know the thread pattern to the 2 screws for the TPS?I had to use the impact to get them out,and 1 was "welded" to the sensor.

I forget the exact size (5mm?)and the thread pattern seemed fairly standard. Did you notice any locktite on yours? I wonder if that's recommended so they don't work loose w/all that twisting. I couldn't find the oem screwdriver heads had to use hex heads. I think you can substitute w/ones from pepboys or autozone take one in to eye up.

Thanks,i`d like to find some stainless steel cap screws for it.I`ll have to swing by a hardware store.I don`t think there is any Loctite.Mine came of very easily,but this is my spare.The whole thing has quite a bit of corrosion.I`m not sure why the screw is stuck in the sensor,but it doesn`t matter anyways,i`m using my original
