Touch up paint- Available????

I know, cheesy idea, but paint ain't in the budget before all the other mechanical items are squared away....
Is there any relatively decent matches for the 89 Titanium in touch up paint land? The fronts of the lower cladding on my rear wheel openings have truly seen better days (yellow f/glass or plastic is showing proudly) and I'd like to at least get them back to body color for the time being. Also the inside of the rear cladding is "yellow", from a bad wheel tire combo I'm told, although I think it was the same cinder rock used here in winter to enhance traction that was thrown from the wheels.
Any help would be greatly appreciated- thanks-

any of the major parts chains should have a match. Make sure you use the clear coat as well to achieve the correct color match.

I was able to get Oxford White Duplicolorm for my Gen 1 from Kragen no problem. I also bought the touch-up kit which includes body filler putty, clear coat, 1200 grit sandpaper, sanding block, and primer. I spent about $23.00 out the door and the results were really good. All four corners of my front and rear bumpers were pretty scuffed and chipped badly, plus the side skirts were pretty chipped too. I also sanded, filled, and painted a couple of tiny rust spots that were showing through.

When you're doing your car, I'd also advise checking the edges of the doors and B pillars, as they can get chipped from constant opening and closing. I was able to restore mine nicely with just the paint.
