It was that time again and I decided against my usual dunlop sp sport 5000 225x55x16. I ended up spending more money and getting road hazard on some michelin pilot exalto a/s v rated tires. These things ride sweet so far. They feel very responsive. Ratings on them seem pretty good. I went down to spec size and my car feels very good after the tires, replacing an outer and feeding my front calipers. The only thing that sucks is they were more expensive than the old lops. An extra $20 per tire. Oh well... hope the 50k mile warranty holds up.

A great tire.
I got the Michelin Exalto AS for my 95 Contour SE in stock size 205/60/15.
I found a set of 4 new for half price.
The seller purchased the wrong size.
I also have the Michelin Sport AS on my 91+ in a 225/50/17.

How about an update on how you like them so far? I am looking to buy tires and the exalto a/s v's are at the top of my list so far. I would like to hear more about them.
