Time to get rolling / upcoming drag & track day

I've got some ideas rolling, both big and small:

Late summer camping trip up north (definitely regional and very )
SHO mechanical meets (local)

Car shows (local)

Drag meets (local and/or regional, depending on rental costs)

Summer cruise/BBQ (local and/or regional)

And SHOBill came up with a great idea that I definitely want to implement this year: DRIVE IN MOVIE NIGHT The Pontiac Silverdome has some drive-in screens... make it a SHO meet @ the movies.

I'm going to work more on the specific dates after the GingerMan/Lapeer stuff is past.

ok cool, my sho is almost runnig btw

this past weekend i installed all new brake lines and bypassed the biasing valve (for now) and yesterday i installed the rest of the suspension, cut stock atx spings on an mtx (temporary), installed halfshafts and the intermediate shaft of my parts car, also i rust killed and painted my front fenderwells with rustoleum which the front shocks where out, which turned out great btw.

So now all i gotta do is tighten up the suspension, drain / refil gastank oil change and fill up tranny fluid. hopefully most will be done tomorrow.

sry bout hijacking the tread for a moment jsut figured its dead in here anyways.

i'm gonna be working on my sho on sat, some body work but its almost done and i can start coming to meets n such .

well, I am thinking.....and keyword is THINKING about going to lapeer. I am actually going to be at gingerman watching the TCCA guys running, just not sure if I am going to be able to make it all the way to the track...cause my car is having problems.

im goin to lapeer. and my sister and her bf are goin too on his 05 cbr600rr. he does 11.1XX on a stock bike at milan. the "pros" do 11.3 on it. we'll see what he can do at lapeer since that track isnt the best prepped, nor the flattest.
