Today in a shop i work at a 97 Sho came in and this car was butchered, i mean everything on this car was fabricated from ebay. The only thing on the car that was decent was a set of flowmasters but from underhood compartment the car was stripped torn hoses cut after the Maf sensor it was a disgrace to all Sho's. To top it off the bck had a sticker that said SHO but it wasn't centered and the font was very wierd! Has anyone seen this Sho driving around Jersey?

No, but I hope you did us all a favor and knocked one of his sprockets loose. :oogle:
By accident, of course. ;)

Was it Pacific Green w/ a SLO front end? I saw a pretty bad example last week in Mt. Laurel while at a Taurus club meet (the owner wasn't in the club... the car just happened to be in the parking lot!)

It had the V8 badge from one of the fenders moved to the rear opposite the SHO logo, and no badges on the fenders. That and the fact that it had the pug-fugly SLO front end led me to believe that he car was in a front-end collision and was repaired crappily. It also had the nasty white face gauges and some other rice I can't think of at the moment.

I saw a 91+ driving by me that looked like it had not been washed from the factory... sounded like it hadnt had to hood open since then... The exhaust was ran into a single 3+ inch pipe that was handing by the exhaust tubing itself and banging the ground as it went through the intersection. Windows were cracked, headlight missing... Dents galore... I mean the driverside looked like a 3D map of the moon it was dented up so bad... I was driving my pos 92 GL.... If i wasnt headed to traffic court for my wreck in teh SHO, i woulda 'by mistake' walked into the side of him and 'lost control' shoving it down the ditch.... Woulda put the poor SHO outta its misery :(

hehehe you can tell this kid is a noob. yea thats my sho and yea its been beat up by the previous owner, wow what a dumb little kid, he just found out about the sho a year ago. got his sho 2 months ago and is talking mad bull now you should see his 92 oil leaking, blown muffler no clutch, no suspention and no sunroof.
The condition of my car should not affect your ability to fix the car right? Because its still not fixed and its coming back monday or is it just you cant handle a SHO?
Hey kid word to of advise, learn your facts about the sho before you try to mess with someone more intellegent.

Been a SHO Family Since 1998.

Hey guys, even though it might be entertaining for you two to rip on each other on a public forum, lets just keep this little battle private, through your PM's. I know everyone comments on others cars, but just keep it between you two in the future. There is already enough drama on the board, no need for more. :thumb:

Scubasteve,

First let me welcome you to the forum!

Next, I'd like to point out that it's usually considered bad form to bring back old topics from the dead -- usually if they are more than a month old -- unless you're the original thread starter and there is new information to add that is applicable to the original discussion. Otherwise it can become quite confusing as an old post that has a new reply can cause confusion among members who are trying to help solve a problem or provide information, since most people don't look at the dates of the post.

Thanks in advance for your cooperation, and again, welcome aboard! :)
