taurus seats for sho?

So I've been looking around for some sho seats for my 89 but its just hard to find some decent ones so I came across this seats http://atlanta.craigslist.org/wat/pts/1658290263.html
They are out of an 98 taurus would they fit the 89 I've searched and I think the fronts and bottom bench bolt right on but I need some custom brakets for the top bench part. Is that right?

They will bolt in, but you may have to change the connector for the power to the seat.
