Depends on if you want Real SVT ones or knockoffs. Search the T-bird sites and you'll find some cheaper places, one I remember was 800 with tires. I don't have any info beyond that on hand, havn't looked in awhile.

That was the cheapest I found. I paid a little more through tirerack because the package with tires was a decent price. They even came down some on the rims if you tell them someone else sells them cheaper.

they sell them wholesale to places for $174. Call them on that when you talk to them, and maybe they'll give em to you at that. BTW, you DID NOT see me write that. Cheapest besides that I've found was $177 at my local mustang shop.

the karkrafts are knock offs, since SVT ended the chrome some time ago, and the size is 17x7. Another wheels that looks sharp is the Mille Miglia MM-11²

Knock offs, replicas etc. Their are so many manufacturers out their that make "knock offs". At what point do you decided whether or not you're going to pay full price for the real thing(Ford Motorsport)or a considerably less amount for an aftermarket product that looks the same. The point is that we all are trying to achieve a certain look for our beloved vehicles. And I must reiterate, these wheels are chrome 17x7.5 not 17x7. A half an inch, what does it matter. They are on my Gen 3 SHO and they look and ride great with the Kumhos. Try it you might like them. And for $695.00 plus shipping you can't beat that. Peace my Sho Brethren.

Could you give us the specs on the 17 x 7.5s?? Like the offset and backspacing. KarKraft had told me the backspacing was 5.95", and according to my calculations, that hits the rear strut on a gen I or II. Is that the spacing? Did you use spacers?

No spacers required. I was initially concerned witht the back spacing as well. I first fitted one wheel on the car without the tire. Their was 1\4 inch of space between the edge of the wheel and the strut housing. I then went to Discount Tire(tires.com) and asked them to see if a 245/45/17 would fit. It fit perfectly without any rubbing at all. It is extremely close to the strut housing but it does fit. BTW, the tires are Kumhos. As far as the offset is concerned, on the back of the wheel, the imprint is as follows: 17x7.5x43. Now i'm assuming that the 43 stands for 43mm being the offset. The wheels are made by Superior. When I get home I will look at the paper work to see if the company has a website that may give us some more insight on these wheels. I hope this helps.
