I was thinking about an alternative to the koni/tokico/eibach combo. What about getting Motorcraft struts and Eibach springs? Would the Springs alone lower the car a little yet with the Motorcraft struts, keep it more of a stock ride? I would also get 24mm, 26mm sway bars and bushings. What do you think?

With a lowering spring and stock struts you will have one bouncy ride very quickly. The higher rate of the springs will be too much for the stock struts.
Try a search this has benn talked about many times.

Like Marcel said, the stock struts cannot handle the higher spring rate of Aftermarket lowering springs. They will lose damping performance very quickly and have the pogo-effect over even small bumps.

Eibachs are ***** soft and will work ok with any availible strut.
I guess you haven't been in a car with them then.
Ditto that. Billyshoe, in the future figure a different way to word your descriptions.

From a previous post: Aaron, you really need to find a way to come up with the $800, dude!!
Brand new Eibachs/Tokicos = $645 cost on Shoforum group buy!
Brand new frt.& rear mtg. plates, frt. bearing plates, and front & rear spring insulators = $220 from FPN!
24mm/26mm Gen I swaybars & brand new TPR bushings = about $140 cost!
$1,000 worth of new suspension, for only $800 is a steal of a deal!!
And, if you act fast, I'll throw in TWO K&N panel filters in excellent condition, plus a cool SHO windshield banner absolutely FREE!!
******************Aaron, here's an offer that I'll be shocked if you refuse:
All of the above: Eibachs, Tokicos, Factory mtg. hdwe., 24mm frt/26mm rear swaybars, TPR frt/rear swaybar bushings, TWO K&N panel filters in exc.cond., nice SHO windshield banner, PLUS upper & lower Motorcraft radiator hoses(just remembered I had these from previous owner) for a give-away price of just $750!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Let me know ASAP.
