when I turn really sharp either way in the front end I get a pop pop pop is that the bearing on top of the strut? or the actual strut itself....

the rest of the steering parts have been replaced so I wouldn't see how it was possible it could be those

sure... Steering rack, power steering cooler, power steering reservoir (not that it matters lol), tie rods, stablizer links, lower ball joint and control arms
think that's everything

I don't see strut rod bushings on that list. It's possible that this is causing your clunk, especially if one or both of the bushing receivers has broken off of the subframe.

I don't know where the strut rod bushings are located.... the strut connects to the knuckle? not the sub frame... I'm trying to picture this in my head

It goes from the subframe to the control arm. There are busings in the subframe and control arm.

The strut rod bushing retainer can get loose and need to be welded.

could be cv, but the lower ball joint and control arm are new, that includes bushing for the control arm

I wasn't referring to the bushing in the control arm. The bushings I'm talking about are at the other end of the strut rods, where they mount to the subframe.

For clarification...
These are the front strut rods: http://shosource.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=61_3_34&products_id=338
These are the bushings:http://shosource.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=61_3_36&products_id=141
The OEM bushings are red.

Have you even checked the front wheels for play? Throwing parts at the car isn't going to help if you don't know where the problem lies. Do some diagnostic work before you waste any more money.

popping noise at extreme turn is generally a cv joint issue.

I didn't do all this to waste money or just change parts due to a problem, I got the car, and the clutch was bad.... didn't drive except home until clutch was changed, and I changed all that stuff since I toar up the boots on most of them in disassembly.

I also had another suggestion of the tire rubbing, see what I can come up with

found a loose motor mount last night towards the front on the subframe wonder if that might cause some of the issue.... cause I don't think it pops just when I turn, sometimes when I take off

any popping noises ive run into on the taurus' was a bad strut bearing at the top or a broken spring, just my opinion.
