He is saying coil overs are really expensive.

I personal opinion is they are not needed. Depending on mileage, reusing your stock struts with the addition to H&R Springs with a good tire, will give you everything you should be looking for.

I was wondering, and I assume yes, but do you know if you can use PP struts on a non PP car?

Yep. I recommend them with the h&r springs and add a good tire if you're looking for a big handling upgrade.

I bought stock replacements from tasca. I want to say the fronts were $82 each and the rears around $60. This is for a 2013 pp car. I’ll be installing them along with h&r’s when I stop being lazy. Struts, shocks and front strut mounts were roughly $365 from them.

I’m on my fourth set over two cars now. Best all around tire I’ve ever owned. Great in the snow too.

I had those on my car great tire never had a complaint. I recently switched to general as-05’s. I almost feel uncomfortable with how much grip I get from them. I feel like it’s going to shit out driveline parts. Best 60 on dws’s was 1.83. I’ve gotten a 1.77 on the generals. Now I haven’t tried them in the snow yet. The conti’s were great there.

I have gone 1.77 to the sixty with my Conti's in my SHO. I am trying to wear out my Nittos that came on my Focus to go Conti's on it as well.

Did any put the front h&r springs themselves or did you let someone else put them on
