 one of the 10mm intake bolts is really soft and it stripped, what should I use or do to get it out?

You can get an easy out kit at Home Depot or most any hardware store.

Basically you just drill a hole in the top of the bolt, and twist the easy out bit into it, and it will get the bolt out, or at least give you a way to turn it easily.

If the threads are stripped down inside the manifold itself, that will be a bit trickier. Once you get a hold of the top, try using a flat screwdriver or something of that sort to pry up on the bolt while you turn it.

Once you get it out, if the new bolt doesn't want to tighten properly, wrap the threads with a little plumber's helper (the white plastic tape).

Good Luck.

Get the stripped bolt out, and use a heli coil kit if the head is stripped.
