So i believe my SHO needs a tranny mount its shifting kind of hard. Today i was at the gas station and shut it off when i started it i missed first gear it wasnt in all the way so i poped it out. After that a weird loud squeeking noise seems to be coming from below the center console when i give it gas... Any ideas??

Have you looked under the car with a flashlight yet? It could be to many things to pinpoint given your description.

Hard shifting.... I'm thinking shifter stabilizer, shift linkage, or clutch/pressure plate.

Was thinking more along the lines of linkage also, which should be easy to see.

Check all the engine/tranny mounts and the subframes. I had a wierd popping noise that I could not diagnose, all mounts were replaced with weak stock ones right before I got the car by the prior owner. When I finally got around to looking under the car one of the subframe bushings was completely torn through. I also had sloppy shifting, tightened up all the bolts on the rod shifter and it definitely helped.
