Stiff Gas pedal

I was wondering if other gen 1 owners have a very stiff gas pedal. This is my 3rd SHO and it seems much harder to press than my others. Is there a remedy?

It could be in need of ****, but what I've found on a few SHOs is the throttle cable is routed incorrectly, and the extra resistance causes a heavy gas pedal feel. Make sure the 2 cables coming from the throttle body are routed in a nice big loop & don't bind up when you manually open the throttle plate.
