When I rebuilt my motor about 10k ago and I had everything out I installed all new power steering lines, and a reman'd Cardone rack. Along with Motorcraft type F fluid. Everything functions just fine when it is warm or hot. But, sometimes when everything is real cold and I turn the car I will get a vibration from the rack - it doesn't matter which way I turn it it will do it. This is after a 5-8 minute warm up. Once I put about 1 mile on it - it doesn't do it again.

Anybody have this problem, or dealt with it before? I'm thinking of switching to synthetic fluid as a possible fix....
