SS Lowering Springs

I have just recently bought a set of ss linear lowering springs from a guy in my hometown yesterday. I was just wondering what these cost brand new? I picked up this set only being used for about 8 or 9 months for $195. I was just wondering if this was a good deal or not? I think that it was just because these springs are not made anymore!! The guy that I bought them from took them off of his daughter's SHO because she kept hitting the front end on curbs and such taking the paint clean off!!

great deal. People on here would gladly spend much more than that because they are the best looking hight on a sho.

Not a bad deal considering you can't get them anymore. Be sure to have better performing struts than oem.

I think that the struts that I will be getting are the KYB GR2's. I might end up getting a good deal on 2 brand new unopened KYB's for the front, then just buy 2 new ones for the rear from like shox.com.

If you can afford it go for a koni or tokico,much better strut than KYB.

Thats the only problem I can't really afford it!! Although I wish that I could find a set of Tokicos for cheap since I am a poor college student with all of my money either going to the college(most of it), bills, or my SHO. Oh Well!! beer

I also have the KYBs and most every mod i have i got an extremely good deal.

Go for the tokico's very good shock. I have had mine for almost a year they perform great!!! thumbs_u

the SS springs will **** the KYB's. Just save up a bit longer and get at least the tokicos.
