I recently rebuilt my intake, replaced stem seals and valve cover gaskets. When I put the intake on, the first time, I set it on one of the hoses for the butterflies on the secondaries, and smashed it, and melted it. Pulled it all off again, and found the smashed hose, replaced the hose with a piece of fuel line that had the same inner diameter. Found a leak in the hose that runs from the bottom of the engine on the drivers side to the intake (behind the TB). Sealed it up, but the hose is dry rotted. Think I may have another leak? I also pulled one of the plates off the left set of butterflies, and I think it may not be seated correctly? Any ideas or sugesstions??? It only sputters if I push down the gass pedal at a more than gradual rate... Once I hit about 4k it smooths out alot...

Oh and another thing. I put in 6 AGSP32PP's also. All gapped to .043. All my old ones were anywhere from .043-.047. I doubt that's an issue though. One other thing. My friend and I did all the same work at the same time. When we were putting our intakes on, without any hoses or anything in the way, they kinda rocked from the back passenger's side corner to the front driver's side. But they both rocked the same direction, same amount. We couldn't get a couple of the 10mm bolts to seat, and we noticed the dirst line where the hoses used to be. So we loosened the clamps, and pushed everything together better, and get it all the bolts in and torqued.
